I received a letter from Credit Appentance stating do to the Pandemic Covid-19. All late payments wouldn't effect my credit report. However I have late payments on my report. I was effected by the Pandemic.I have contacted the company on several occasions trying to get this issue resolved. I would like all late payments removed from all 3 credit bureaus as the account is paid in full.
