Consumer Narrative

I used an Arvest Bank ATM. I withdrew {$40.00} and agreed to a {$4.00} ATM fee. My receipt showed this {$44.00} amount too. An undisclosed fee named as XXXX XXXX Oklahoma Fee XXXX that I didn't authorize and wasn't made aware existed was also charged for the ATM debit by Arvest Bank XXXX The " XXXX, Oklahoma Fee '' amount was {$2.00} I've been charged fees twice.I didn't authorize the second fee and didn't agree to it. This fee was not disclosed by the Arvest banking institution on the receipt and shouldn't have been added arbitrarily.
