XXXX XXXXe keep calling and trying to get money from clients other then car loans my car was repo I had got the vehicle back but they trying to charge me for a repo fee when I had to pay a repo fee in order to get the car back. They always calling in my consumer laws it states 15 U.S. Code 1692g - Validation of debts and as well as 15 U.S. Code 1692d - Harassment or abuse. Violates are rights in regards to the company and not only that 12 CFR 360.6 ( 2 ) ) as well as self-liquidating paper ( 17 CFR 260.11b-6 ) ). Notice that Pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1635 ( b ).
