I have been calling since XX/XX/2023 to get status of my title. VW has since XXXX blamed a change in vendor as to why I have still not received my title. I call every week and make sure its documented and every single time they have said its been ordered, everything according to their records has been completed and ready to send me my title since XXXX. I paid for expedited shipping service and to date I still have to title and everyone says its been ordered. I cant sell my vehicle for 4 months now because of this. I paid for this vehicle and am having to pay insurance and everything elses because I cant sell because VW is withholding my title and blaming another company for not sending it.
