Consumer Narrative

This company calls my phone number at least 10 times per day, including multiple text messages looking for another individual that I am not related to, familiar with, etc., and although I have told them various times to remove my phone number from their file and to never call or text again : they continue to do so. I have been telling them for the last two months that they have the wrong number : but the calls, texts, and harassment continues all times of the day and night, including weekends! The texts state their number is XXXX and the number of the company is First National Collection Bureau , Inc . They call from multiple numbers, as well as text from various phone numbers.
