On XX/XX/ Roundpoiint mortgage sent me a Mortgage billing statement that stated I had " Past Due Payment '' in the amount of {$2900.00}. The payment was in fact not past due and Roundpoint had according to the terms of my loan had an automatic payment established for XXXX. The amount was removed from my account and was never late according to the terms of my mortgage. Roundpoint took over servicing my mortgage on XXXX. I have attempted to call Roundpoint and even after listening to a 3.5 minute recording there is no option to speak to anyone. The only options provided are " get you loan number, make a payment, hear this message again ''. If they are reporting this as late then it will materially impact me. In addition, sending late notices and threatening statements when the mortgage is and ALWAYS has been in good standing and having no way to speak to them is wrong.
