ACIMA -- I CALLED THIS COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES, TO EXPLAINED THAT I WAS GIVING THE WRONG INFORMATION. I GOT THE FURNITURE IN XXXX, I CALLED THIS COMPANY ONCE I RECIEVED THE FURNITURE THAT I WANT TO DO THE 90 DAYS SAME AS CASH, THE REP SEEM AS IF I WAS BOTHERING HIM. HE TOLD ME YOU CAN DO THAT ANYTIME, I EXPLAINED I BOUGHT FURNITURE FROM YOU SEVERAL TIMES, AND THIS NEVER HAPPENED, THE REP ALWAYS SET IT UP FOR ME. TIME WENT BY I FELL BEHIND AND WAS GOING THRU HARD TIMES, I ASKED ACIMA, CAN THEY GIVE ME A LOWER AMOUNT OR PUT ME ON A HARDSHIP THE SUPERVISOR, START TALKING TO ME CRAZY, AND I TOLD HER I WAS GIVING THE WRONG INFORMATION AND I HAVE BEEN WITH YALL FOR A LONG TIME AND NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM. WHEN YOU DO NOT PAY 90 DAY SAME AS CASH YOUR AMOUNT DOUBLE WHICH IS UNETHICAL, THEY SPEAK TO YOU RULED THREATING ME ABOUT PICKING UP MY FURNITURE WHICH I ALREADY DOUBLE PAID FOR IT. THEY CALLED ME SEVERAL TIMES A DAY, I FEEL ABUSED BECAUSE WHEN YOU CALL NO ONE WANTS TO HELP YOU. THE SUPERVISOR, INSTEAD OF TRYING TO HELP YOU, SHE SPEAK TO YOU NASTY. PLEASE HELP ME. ACIMA, TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. I HAVE PAID OFF ALL MY FURNITURES BEFORE WITH NO ISSUES.
