I have repeatedly complained about the dates and status being incorrect with the bureaus on this sold and charged off account. Each time the bureaus update it with the dispute dates for the last reported and last payment dates of the disputes, it finally succeeded in lowering my scores by XXXX XXXX with one of my creditors. They denied me credit based on the lower scores which weren't present when I ran my credit on the XXXX of each month. They only use Experian and told me what lowered my scores. They said that XXXX was a new charge off and had lowered my score by XXXX XXXX based on the date reflected on the report they ran in early XX/XX/2023. I am tired of this being an issue and therefore am turning this over to the CFPB to do something about this. They're all breaking the laws. They send me so called proof that it's now reporting correctly, then when I run my reports it's still incorrect. So what is the real problem here? The bureaus are lying and sending out false information in order to satisfy a time line to respond to the CFPB, not to actually correct the information as I've requested several times. It's time to take action and do something about it if they can't get the information right! Instead of XXXX looking into it they send me repeated demands to identify myself! Not the first time I've complained on this venue but they use that as a tactic to NOT investigate errors made by their clients! I'm not accepting that and refuse to send them anything personal. I give them what they need here. If they don't like it then they need to be investigated for their refusal to honor disputes.
