Dear Santander Consumer USA It has been brought to my attention that your company have reported this alleged debt as a loss on your tax return and have gotten a tax credit for it. My confusion is why is this still being reported to the consumer reporting agencies that I still owe this debt?? Your company have until the next 5 business days to delete this account off of my report. If not done within the time allowed I will file form 3949-A with the IRS & have your company reported.
