This complaint is in regard to my last complaint XXXX. Based on the company response and the status update which indicated that the company deleted the fraudulent account, after my complaint, I was under the impression that Indigo/Genesis realized their error ( that it was never my account ) and would stop reporting negative/delinquency claims to the credit bureaus! Today on XXXX, XXXX XXXX yet another false report was send, this time to a different collection agency. Once again it was Indigo reporting the same fraudulent account, with the exact same amount of {$680.00} which was supposed to be deleted from my records for good. I had just barely recovered from the last time this institution filed a false report with a collection agency against me. Once I was able to recover, after the credit bureaus investigated and confirmed i was a victim of fraud my credit score improved significantly. Today Im looking at what I could have achieved and my missed opportunities due to the fact that the same company went to a different collection agency and reported the same account that was supposed to be closed because I never had anything to do with it! This company is ruining my life! I was trying to buy a house and I was so close to getting the credit score I needed. This report changed my status from good to fair I was working so hard to boost my credit score! i have every proof that this account if fraudulent. However, the time it will take to dispute and resolve this matter will cost me yet another opportunity to buy a house. All this has cost me over a year of missed opportunities with no end in sight! I never knew Indigo, Genesis or whatever they call them selves existed until they repeatedly filed false claims against me! I want to be very clear! I have never opened an account with this company before nor did I apply for any line of credit with this company and most importantly I would never use this company in the far or near future! One important aspect about this resent collection report is that it indicates that l allegedly opened the account in XXXX. However, it shows one late payment in XXXX of XXXX which is this month! How can an account be delinquent in less than 30 days? Another aspect is that the credit institution is Indigo and they are claiming the same amount of {$680.00}
