Starting a follow up complaint to XXXX in which Amerisave asked for proof that I had coverage in the period in question. Attached is the letter from my insurance company stating that as correct. I feel like I am being victimized like the folks in the article and further, being harassed and bullied into paying this fee. Worst part about this is your charging me for a period of time that has already passed and no one, other than your maybe affiliate ( maybe like one in the lawsuit ) are benefiting from your actions.
