XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX - My whole purse was stolen from my car in front of my daughters XXXX parking lot. XXXX started calling all my cards to stop fraudulent transactions from processing. XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX - Spoke with Money Network ( Economic Impact Payment ) to report card was stolen thru an automated system. XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX Cops were called to the scene and they have criminals on cameras from the school and ID on police report. XXXX Money Network sent me a replacement card but when they sent the card we realized the card had been used during the time of when my car was broken into for a total amount of {$2400.00}. At the time Money Network said they would send me a dispute form to fill out and send over with my supporting documents. Never received the form. Just the letter notifying us we were denied because we did not respond in a timely manner. XX/XX/XXXX - Received letter from Money Network saying we were denied due to the timing and card-present indicators of other recent transactions. Please keep in mind we have not used this card since we had received the money in XX/XX/XXXX till XX/XX/XXXX for a one time purchase. XX/XX/XXXX - called Money Network to find out what to do because we never received their form. So, they sent us the dispute form to fill out but to place APPEAL next to the date. XX/XX/XXXX - Received the Dispute form and sent in all supporting documents attached via email, us postal mail and by fax. They never received the emails neither the mail and only the fax which was now XX/XX/XXXX. Since I wasn't getting any sort of response from the appeal process I was told I should open a new case which was done XX/XX/XXXX - Disputed fraudulent charges that were not charged by myself or my wife. XX/XX/XXXX - Money Network has not contacted me in any manner to notify me if the appeal has been processed or investigating or denied. Or what the status is of the new case. I had to battle for XXXX hours to get someone on the phone to tell me my dispute was once again denied. Can someone please help me???? Help me in getting some answers I have all my supporting documentation so these criminals don't get away with my hard earned American money.
