Consumer Narrative
My ex husband forged my name and used my social security number and took out credit cards in my name starting from XXXX. He maxed out every credit card to {$35000.00}. He ruined my credit and Im just trying to raise my XXXX kids without any help and he doesnt have to pay for anything or take any action about it. Every credit card company has told me its all fair because its my name on the cards. I have a divorce judgement that says he is responsible for all of the credit card debt totaling {$35000.00}. Im just trying to move on with my kids and do right in society. I have always paid my bills on time. Im begging someone to help me with this matter. Its not fair. Thank you
