Received email and text message regarding an account with Capital One that I do not have. I am an identity theft victim have never done business with Capital One. I contacted them but their system was not able to give any details about the fraudulent account at the time. However, they were able to confirm that an account was opened under my name using my social security number. I do have credit freezes with all 3 credit bureaus and with XXXX.
