XXXX XXXX issued a cresit card with a XXXX credit line. I NEVER applied or recieved this card and I have NEVER used this card. I have tried several time to talk to the original credit company and they did nothing but threatin me to put it in collections. I finally got them to close the account. I have asked for itimized statments from over 6 month worth of charges. I would have never known of this card except it showed up on my experian credit report. I am very consistant at looking at my credit and now they closed it out being a bad debt that lowered my score by XXXX points. This is FRAUD. I never applied and never used this card. And the company has NEVER sent me any requested information. They keep calling now that it is in collections and they yelled at me that I was a dead beat not wanting to pay my responsibilites. it is with RESURGENTS LVNV Funding LLC ref # XXXX for {$940.00} XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX
