XXXX notified me that a dispute was processed on my credit account. I did not file a dispute and I can not get to a live person to correct this issue. I called 6 different numbers at XXXX and the automated answer machine does not understand and all i get is we can not process your request. There should be access to a live person for help. I can not get access to anyone who can help. I am sure the same information has been sent to the other credit bureaus and I need live contacts. XXXX, Equifax
