I emailed First Credit Services two separate times requesting a statement of the debt owed and did not receive a reply. I called and requested that I be provided with a link to pay the debt as well as a statement. The person on the phone, who indicated they were a supervisor, continued to insist that i take care of the debt on the phone with him. He refused to take my email address and continued to request why I wouldn't pay the debt with him on the phone. He badgered me about needing to know why I wouldn't handle the debt over the phone with him, not having a statement. When I told him I didn't have to provide any reasons for requesting a solution via email. He was quite aggressive and unwilling to take my email address, insistent that I provide reasoning. I am entitled to a statement and to handle the collection of the debt in the manner that I prefer. This particular " supervisor '' was aggressive and unhelpful.
