his is XXXX XXXX, who is submitting this CFPB complaint myself, and to inform you that there is no third party involved in the process. I sent letters to 3 Credit bureaus. 3 credit bureaus has NOT complied with the Fair Credit Reporting Act law and continued to report inaccurate information on my credit report. UPDATE OR REMOVE THESE FOLLOWING INQUIRIES COMPLETELY FROM MY CREDIT REPORT : The bureau is provided by federal law to response within that statutory time limit and they still have failed to response to my letters. Therefore all items in question that have been disputed must be removed. I'm submitting a complaint to you today to inform you that I was a victim of identity theft. I search on how to remove the fraudulent accounts in my report and found that I need to visit FEDEDAL TRADR COMMISSION or https : //ww.ftc.gov to file a report and Per FCRA section 605b Credit Reporting Agencies are required to remove/block any accounts listed.
