My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX im writing you guys today because there is an inaccurate collection reporting on all 3 credit bureaus the company is XXXX account number XXXX XXXX and Equifax both have this account as an open account which is against the law Equifax also is listing this account with past due balance and 120 days which is also a volition I tried to dispute with bureaus they verified the information but clearly this information is not accurate all 3 bureau information does not match and I want this account deleted from my credit report I attached a file so you guys can see that the information does not match on all 3 bureau and that transaction and Equifax are breaking the law by reporting this collection account as open also XXXX and XXXX have this listed as a collection account with no name or company it just says collection account I would like this account removed asap possible this account reporting inaccurately has caused me a lot of pain and stress
