Equifax has Federally violated me as a consumer by reporting information on my consumer report without consent from me XXXX XXXX the consumer, Federal law states a consumer report does not report transactions or experiences between the Consumer or Person making the report Per 15 USC 1681a., Federal law also states any nonpublic information pertaining to the consumer must be protected with privacy unless consumer gives consent, I never gave Equifax consent to report defamatory and false statements on my consumer report.
