I also request that you provide me with written confirmation that you have taken these actions within 30 days of receiving this letter. Please note that I am prepared to take legal action if necessary to protect my rights as a consumer under the FDCPA. I urge you to take immediate action to remedy this situation and avoid any further legal action.
