I have been attempting to deal with Equifax since XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was locked out of my online account, being charged monthly for a service I could not access due to being locked out. Finally, I called Equifax and on the 5th attempt I did reach a customer service person who reported that they cancelled the service but I got no refund for the 6 months I was not able to access my account. One year later, still not able to access my credit report sent multiple dispute letters to Equifax, no response, called on the XXXX try reached a customer service person who said I would be getting an email within XXXX ( XXXX ) days to resolve being locked out of account. I never received it. I have over 35 hard inquiries on my credit report that were initiated without my consent, again customer service refused to help stating I needed to contact each business individually, even though I had done that, still refusal to assist. Today I attempted to log back into my account, I am attaching screen shots. Both XXXX and XXXX reflect at least XXXX pts higher, while Equifax will not cooperate or acknowledge even my existence. I am sending a certified letter with Intent to Sue. TWO YEARS and definitely experienced $ $ $ $ $ thousands of loss due to high risk financing.
