My account with American Credit Acceptance was paid in full and closed in XXXX after vehicle was totaled out. Insurance AND GAP benefits paid amount on payoff quote submitted from American Credit Acceptance. Recently even received a notice of a XXXX credit from American Credit Acceptance. I do not owe any money to this company, and it was impossible to be late in XXXX as that car does not exist and I was not financed through them at that time.
