They are not releasing my money. I attempted a purchase on Friday XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX in the amount of {$2500.00} but the merchant was unable to process the transaction and I immediately received a screen that said " your transaction could not be completed ''. The money is gone from my Albert account. The screen says it could pend for XXXX to XXXX days. It's been XXXX days total and XXXX full business days and I still don't have my funds back. Albert initially told me the hold would release in XXXX and now they're saying XXXX. They refuse to give me a statement on their letterhead to give to the merchant and they refuse to release the funds. The merchant has given me proof that the transaction didn't even begin processing on their end. I submitted the merchant proof to Albert and they STILL will not release my money. THEY ARE THEIVES. THERE IS NO NUMBER TO EVEN CONTACT THEM ON! I keep waiting for texts from them.
