Company contacted me back in XXXX about an unpaid debt with XXXX. I had advised them I was disputing the debt and that I requested a cease and desist. The calls stopped until XX/XX/XXXX which they attempted my cell phone, couldn't reach me, then called my office number. I told the man that I would not be verifying any information, that he wasn't supposed to be calling me and he told me that they had never talked to me before today. It is not the consumer 's error if they do not document their accounting properly. I told him that was not correct and as I was trying to ask them not to contact me again he hung up on me. These additional phone calls are harassing and a violation of the FDCPA in multiple ways.
