I have reached out to both the creditors and the credit reporting agencies telling them to verify and validate the debts for which I have been getting nothing but pushback. All of my disputes which make 7 disputes asked them to show the method of verification of how they are reporting this information. Nothing except that the information is coming back as verified. Someone is not doing their job or the method they are using to verify is very flawed. According to the FCRA, all information is to be 100 % across the board. EVERYTHING IS TO MATCH if it doesn't match or can't be verified then that item must be deleted. As a consumer, I should not have to point out the discrepancies when they are the ones who are reporting the errors. I have repeatedly submitted to them that the information is inaccurate and needs to be fixed, yet I get NOTHING BUT THIS ITEM BELONGS TO YOU AND HAS BEEN VERIFIED. I am baffled as to how the items I am disputing are being VERIFIED. I have been disputing the same items for the last 7 months and because of the inaccurate reporting and not doing their due diligence of making sure the items being reported on the consumer file are 100 % correct I am now living on the street with nowhere to go because no one will approve me for housing ; due to low scores. Something needs to be done and trying to correct this information after I have shown where the inaccuracies are coming from should not be an option. I have given the creditors and the CRAs enough time to get it RIGHT. I NEED THESE ITEMS DELETED. I will also be sending a certified letter to my ATTORNEY GENERAL -- XXXX XXXX which this information as well to see what he says about the matter
