EQUIFAX IS ALLOWING XXXX AND AVANT TO ATTACK MY CREDIT FILE. THIS IS HARASSMENT. THESE COMPANIES ARE REPORTING 3 COLLECTION ACCOUNTS FOR THE SAME ALLEGED ACCOUNT. THAT IS ILLEGAL. EQUIFAX MUST PRODUCE 3 WET INK CONTRACTS FOR THESE ILLEGAL ACCOUNTS OR DELETE ACCORDING TO THE FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ). I HAVE ASKED EQUIFAX TO REMOVE THIS FRAUD BEFORE BUT THIS IS JUST HARASSMENT AT THIS POINT. THEY CAN NOT PUNISH CONSUMERS FOR ATTEMPTING TO REMOVE ILLEGAL ACCOUNTS.
