On XX/XX/, ( I C System ) attempted to fraudulently collect a debt of {$1500.00}. Not only did they attempt to collect, they caused damage of creditXXXX GoodName by reporting false signatures and information to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and. XXXX. I did not give them permission to discuss or disclose anything about myself or my personal credit. They are violationg Consumer laws 15 U.S.CODE 1692 ( d ) & ( e ), 15 U.S.CODE 1681 ( b ) & ( c ). I will also bring a cause of action for tortious interference against the acting parties involved and seeking penalties under, 15 U.S.C. 1640- Civil liability section ( A-L ) monetary damages to be proved at trial. I demand that they stop this predatorily fraudulent misconduct ; revoke my signature for all unauthorized usage.
