Consumer Financial Protection Bureau has now dropped the ball on this concern. Claiming that I am not the one disputing this account when I am the only one with access to my credit reporting login in credentials. My credentials have maintained the same and I am the only one working to fix the inaccuracies on my credit report. You sent me a letter closing my initial claim because you assumed I was using a credit repair company. That is false. I am doing my best to correct the errors you all continue to ignore. You use these tactics claiming you are not sure if I am disputing these accounts, making me call in to verify myself countless times and still failing to properly investigate my claims. I have been attempting to dispute this account that has caused me to lose housing opportunities and Job opportunities from reporting inaccurately. I have made several attempts to dispute this Debt with BULLCITY FINANCIAL ; as I HAVE NO KNOWLDEGE OF THIS ACCOUNT ; IT IS FRAUDULENT AND MUST BE REMOVED IMMEDIATELY. When I request verification of this debt via writing my requests are ignored but BULLCITY FINANCIAL sends me a response letter asking to verify what they have on file when i have no knowledge of this account. However, on the handwritten letters they received from me it contained my first and last name and full address, the only response i should be receiving is one that has documentation showing and verifying this debt is mine. Which BULLCITY FINANCIAL Failed to do. This agency is still being allowed to report this frivolous debt with multiple inaccuracies. When I ask for proof of information used to investigate this account by the credit furnisher, my request is ignored but the account is continuously being updated as verified. I have retained all my documents from letters I've wrote physically to the original creditor XXXX XXXX and the current furnisher of the inaccurate information BULLCITY FINANICAL, disputing this debt sent via certified mail in which I never received a response. I have proof and or documentation of me writing all credit reporting agencies requesting information on how they verified this debt, that also went ignored. I have been disputing this account for years and the lack of research and negligence on the creditors and credit reporting agencies behalf are unbelievable. I have managed to get the account removed from one agency which is XXXX, but it remains on XXXX and XXXX. I can not understand how XXXX could not verify the debt was mine, but XXXX and XXXX were, however, can not provide method of verification used to validate this debt. PLEASE REMOVE THIS ACCOUNT FROM ALL XXXX AND XXXX AS IT CAN NOT BE VERIFIED AS MINE.
