Since Friday of last week, XX/XX/2023 I have been told that I was approved and was to receive my funding on Monday XX/XX/2023. I have XXXX and XXXX currently and needed my granddaughter to speak for me. I sent in everything requests and even set up auto pay and picked the date of when my payments will be deducted and they still won't speak to my granddaughter or send me my money. I have SEVERAL calls and emails to prove such. I just want my money. Can you please help me? XXXX XXXX
