On XX/XX/2023 I was notified that the retreat at XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX had sold an illegitimate debt to Columbia debt recovery ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX ) also known as Genesis debt recovery. The way I found out was I got a notification from credit wise that said that I had a debt sent to collections. Columbia debt recovery never reached out to me and attempt to collect the debt. Had they contacted me I would have told them that I wanted to dispute the debt of approximately {$250.00}. Columbias number is ( XXXX ) XXXX
