On XX/XX/XXXX I submitted a dispute with Experian because they were reporting inaccurate and false payment activity for an account on my credit report. On this particular account, Experian was showing payment activity for XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, but the account was not opened until XX/XX/XXXX. Experian received this dispute on or about XX/XX/XXXX and completed reviewing my dispute on XX/XX/XXXX. Rather than remove the account with the inaccurate and false payment activity, Experian intentionally and maliciously decided to remove two years of positive payment history from this account. This action by Experian adversely affected by credit report and credit score.
