On XX/XX/2020 spoke to representative XXXX XXXX in regards to the convergent account # XXXX. I settled the XXXX debt of {$420.00} with an agreed upon reduced payment of {$210.00}. This representative told me the collection would no longer report on my credit reports. This is affecting my credit score and my credit worthiness. I have asked this company multiple time to handle this issue and take the account off my report. It is still reporting as a negative on my credit reports. I am asking this be taken off my credit report in FULL as agreed upon by Convergent Outsourcing.
