This is my second time going and submitting the appropriate information and I keep getting push back when I have provided all correct documents- They keep saying they have reached out to me for a second time but I never get that communication. Just as a reminder I have had consultation so I know I have provided the appropriate documents because I called the support line, and they walked me through the process and looked over all my documents so please delete and block the information in the allotted time so that I can move on please. I am writing in response to the information I submitted to your company regarding my debt bondage situation. As per the guidance from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ), the documents needed were self-attestation notarized, a picture ID, a bill, and a letter from an advocacy group helping me due to debt bondage, which falls under trafficking according to Trafficking-Debt Bondage 1002.142 ( b ) ( 4 ) - ( 5 ) -- -- -- 1002.142 ( b ) ( 7 ). I have provided my photo ID along with the other required documents. I kindly request that you block this information from my credit report within four business days, pursuant to section 605C of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I have given you my identification as well as the information requested from the list of acceptable items which only 2 are required per the LAW. Which I have provided both all of my documentation as well as an attestation validated by a court appointed representative hence the form was read and notarized. Victim determination according to 1022.142 ( b ) ( 6 ) A self-attestation by a consumer ( myself ) who Identifies as a victim of debt bondage which is included in the trafficking CFPB -FCRA FINAL FACT. I have been in therapy since before the final ruling effective date XX/XX/2022, and I have self- attested as well as provided documentation showing I am in group sessions with an advocacy group and my attestation was signed by a State appointed rep from the courts with time stamp and dates. I have provided all appropriate documentation and Im in compliance under the Final Rule which established me as a victim of debt bondage which falls under trafficking. Once again I will Please ask you to block this information from my credit report within four business days, pursuant to section 605C of the Fair Credit Reporting Act
