I have disputed two transactions with Chime Bank where the products/services were not provided and the company refused to issue a refund. Chime claims to investigate the disputes, but doesnt. When I submitted rebuttals and requested their investigation documentation, they refuse to provide the documentation or further investigate the claims. I dont hear back despite repeated emails. With the most recent dispute, I was told the documentation would be provided within 10 days, which was over a week ago and then extended further and they still havent sent the documentation.
