I have sent 2 physical letters, last letter sent XX/XX/2023 - did not receive a response by mail XX/XX/2023 -Received a response through the CFPB website, I do not agree with the outcome and it does resolve my complaint Went to Affirm Inc website to report unauthorized account dispute, website would not let me complete XX/XX/2023 - Called Affirm Inc by telephone was told by a representative that this account belongs to a third party called XXXX XXXX could not get that much information about the account history as I could was not giving much of my personal information because I was not consenting to give any of my personal information over the phone, I asked for a supervisor and she told me she would send a link of an affidavit I believe is the word she used to my email never received it, gave it 30 days no response. I just came back to the United States and I have not received anything responses since XXXX from Affirm Inc XXXX XXXX has been harassing and threatening me. XXXX XXXX is a third party collection agency that bought this debt from Affirm Inc
