Account XXXX : XXXX In XXXX I used XXXX XXXX and was on a payment plan to pay off the out electricity bill. In that same year I paid off the debit of {$530.00}, and I know this because I moved later that year and in order for me to transfer my service I would've had to pay the bill in it's entirety. When I logged in to my account I saw the debit cleared and I continued to use their service up until I moved out end of XXXX. I never received any type of notice about the debit and when calling XXXX XXXX about it they the customer service representative told me that they couldn't see anything on their end either and to call the debit collector, I reached out to their third party they had handling the collection via phone and they had no information on why this I was on my account. I have tried different avenues to get this off my credit report but nothing has worked. The people at XXXX XXXX and their collections company haven't been able to give me any information. If this was a debit that I needed to pay ( which I did ) then how was I able to transfer my service from one place to another and continue to use XXXX XXXX as my provider when I moved?
