I contacted XXXX who advised me they are not showing me as late and can not see before XX/XX/XXXX and that I needed to contact XXXX XXXX XXXX. I contacted XXXX with XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX who advised XXXX should have the history of my loan and to give them a call back. I have spoken to XXXX from XXXX who advised she can not view this information and I would need to contact my previous loan company. This company was XXXX XXXX XXXX who no longer services or can be contacted. I have never been late on any loan and they have always been in deferment. Please update or remove the accounts if unable to resolve the issue.
