Credit Collection Services ( XXXX XXXX ) XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, MA XXXX Date XX/XX/23 File Number XXXX XXXX XXXX Amount of Debt XXXX Paid off reference Number XXXX Although this account isn't mine, but was for another individual car insurance, I gave permission for them to transfer the policy into the other individual name. Which was not done. Now a collection was put on my credit reports, in which the the full balance of XXXX was paid. I contacted Credit Collection Services regarding the payment was made and can it be removed off my account which went down XXXX. I was told they can not remove it, but to contact the bureaus to request for removal. I put in a dispute with XXXX requested for " goodwill deletion '' twice which one is in dispute again. I contacted XXXX in which I was told the company would have to remove it. Now both of them giving the run around to remove this report which is paid, they put it on my account, but can not remove it? Nor can the credit bureau? For XXXX XXXX to keep the account in my name when I have no vehicle. As well sent a new policy for the individual to sign up. Not my name but in the individuals name. Yet my credit is affected. Request for it to be removed.
