I contacted Experian and XXXX about some identity thief. they both refuse to remove a fraudulent XXXX XXXX XXXX account after I sent a copy of my police report and FTC report that they requested. They said the account was verified by the company, so I said with what proof? I was told that information could not be provided, and I could not re dispute the account again. I let them know that under the information act they had to provide it, And I was not notified by mail or email of this decision. And was told no they do not have to. This is the second time I have had to make a complaint against both this company for refusing to remove fraudulent information on my credit report.
