Good afternoon on XX/XX/XXXX purchase a XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX auction announcement vehicle, from a dealer in XXXX XXXX and he took me to Mountain America credit union, it was XXXX XXXX XXXX with XXXX miles with structural damage and had theft report, of course none of those reported to me and as I recently moved to United states I was so uneducated even didn't know XXXX that time, I work on a dealer now and I know what is the rules for not announcing frame damage or salvage or roll back vehicles and I see some dealers even went to jail for it. 2 days after purchasing the problem start so far this vehicle could work till the end of XXXX after spending maybe XXXX from my pocket, I can easily buy this car with these reports for XXXX $ or XXXX XXXX $ from auction. The problem the dealer with the help of this lender sold me this vehicle for XXXX and I paid XXXX in front, after some extra nonsense life insurance coverage for XXXX $ which is really crazy funny never heard of life insurance on a auto loan, and XXXX $ extended warranty my loan came to XXXX $ from XXXX XXXX and they inspect the vehicle condition as a excellent condition and I have all of the as a document. I had 6.99 % interest rate which is my close end contract comes to XXXX $ and it should be expire on XX/XX/XXXX, I paid none stop whiteout, any miss payment and it was on XXXX XXXX $ a month and instead of 60 months I paid 72 months, and for 2 years I paid extra XXXX $ for principal and the vehicle still had XXXX $ balance : ) ) ) ) ) ) I paid so far for XXXX vehicle which worth XXXX so far XXXX with my down payment and now I stop paying them and they put 2 months of none payment and dropped my score by XXXX points, they charged me frauded me and damaged me, I told them I am in the middle of buying house and they still didn't care and every time they saying yes you are right we will fix it and pass it to another manager and no one fixing it and been 2 months and I can not even buy as house not even renting and for 2 months i live in hotel for XXXX $ a night and running life that lost my even wife and my business because of what they did to me, they are a really fraud organization, when I asked them to send me a copy of repaying after 1 months they couldn't and talk to XXXX different people finally sent me a sheet from XXXX that show really nonsense payment history. They mentioning I didn't provide insurance and that is related to the insurance problem and of course I talk to their insurance department and showed them that I had insurance, although credit union usually not paying dealer before they get insurance, and of course from XXXX I didn't even drive it and was broke down, the insurance department right away sent back their charges which was XXXX $ I still have XXXX $ balance and with XXXX point credit drop, and ruining life. Please act legally and I am ready to spend money to stop these type of fraud problems I need the best lawyer don't matter how much it cost me at this point, I can not get my old life back, please someone contact me.
