I used Affirm to purchase items from XXXX and XXXX. Theys ere both returned and credited to the -original form of payment, Affirm. I had to send the credit recipes to Affirm six times because the kept losing the emails, so they say. I also included both the XXXX and XXXX return policies where it states that credit is issued to the original form of payment. Affirm refuses to credit me back, Affirm told me I did not need to pay the balances, which were minimal, {$40.00} for XXXX and {$29.00} for XXXX because they ere under dispute, everything else was paid by me to Affirm. Affirm never corrected this I paid the balances even though I did not need to, I have a XXXX balance with Affirm and they still refuse to correct this. I have everything documented and will be happy to send it to your email address upon request. I can not attach the email string as a document ; however I can forward the many, many emails to you if there is an email to do that. Please advise. Thanks
