I spoke with this company back in XXXX of this year and informed the that this medical debt is not mines. CAPIO PARTNERS LLC. Wilfully added this item on my consumer report with out my knowledge. Not only did the company put the item on my consumer report this is a hippa violation no medical debts can be reported on any one consumer report. They also stole my identity because i do not know who this company is and i have explained to them that i do not know them and they still placed someone else medical problems on my consumer report. They have violated so many federal violations including hippa, the privacy act of XXXX, and many more federal violations.
