I am writing to file a formal complaint against Huelson Law Firm , LLC, a debt collection company that has failed to validate a debt they claim I owe and has not responded to my inquiry regarding a potential " paid to delete '' arrangement. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via certified mail, phone calls, and emails, I have not received any response or validation of the alleged debt. On XX/XX/2023, I sent a certified letter to Huelson Law Firm , LLC requesting validation of the debt as per my rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ). As of today, I have not received any response or proof of the alleged debt from the company. In the same certified letter, I also expressed my interest in discussing a " paid to delete '' arrangement to resolve the outstanding debt, if validated, and have it removed from my credit report upon payment. However, Huelson Law Firm , LLC has not provided any response or indication of their willingness to consider such an arrangement. Additionally, I have made several attempts to contact Huelson Law Firm , LLC via phone, but have been unable to speak with a representative. I have also sent an email to their customer service email address XXXX on XX/XX/2023, but have not received any reply. This lack of communication and failure to validate the debt is causing undue stress and negatively impacting my credit report. I request that the CFPB investigate this matter and take appropriate action against Huelson Law Firm , LLC for their non-compliance with the FDCPA. Please find attached copies of the following documents to support my complaint : 1. A copy of the certified letter sent to Huelson Law Firm , LLC requesting debt validation and expressing interest in a " paid to delete '' arrangement. 2. Proof of delivery for the certified letter. 3. A copy of the email sent to XXXX requesting debt validation and discussing a " paid to delete '' arrangement. Any additional documentation or correspondence related to the debt in question. I appreciate the CFPB 's assistance in resolving this issue and protecting my consumer rights.
