Consumer Narrative

I am filing a complaint against Transunion and XXXX for verifying as accurate a unknown unvalidated collection account. I do not believe reasonable compliance procedures are being conducted to assure my credit reports are of maximum possible accuracy before preparing me with reports which is a violation of the FCRA 1681e ( b ). I have included a time line as well as documents attached proving I have done my part as a consumer to have this matter handled accordingly and Transunion and XXXX are in violation of my consumer rights and privacy by refusing the delete his estranged item. I have already filed a complaint against the company XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX complaint # XXXX describing how this company has violated the FDCPA and my consumer rights. XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX inserted a unknown collection account on my credit reports with Transunion XXXX and XXXX without my knowledge of the alleged debt. I was never given a chance to validate this debt with the company. I have never recieved no information from this company before they decided to report this account on my files which is a FDCPA violation 1692c and 1692g. This company has also failed to answer to my inquiry request about validation within 30 business days and the company continues to verify as accurate this estranged account with transunion and experian which is violation of the FDCPA 1692g ( b ) dispute debts. XXXX XXXX XXXX I sent XXXX a direct letter to the address Transunion and XXXX are both reporting XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX TN XXXX requesting validation on this alleged debt tracking number XXXX. XXXX received my request XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX is repoting a different contact address which is XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, TN XXXX. All 3 reporting agencies should be reporting the same contact address. Why does XXXX report a different address? *XXXX XXXX XXXX I sent Transunion XXXX and XXXX XXXX dispute requesting verification of the account because I am unaware of the unknown account reporting. XXXX XXXX XXXX experian generated me with results verifying as accurate the account report # XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX I sent experian my 2nd dispute requesting their reinvestigation procedures used to determine their verified as accurate results under 1681i ( a ) ( 7 ) tracking XXXX because I had not heard back from this company yet. XXXX XXXX XXXX Transunion generated me with results they prepared file # XXXX and the outcome was verified as accurate also. XXXX XXXX XXXX I sent Transunion my 2nd dispute requesting their reinvestigation procedures used to determine their verified as accurate results under 1681i ( a ) ( 7 ) tracking XXXX because again I had not heard back from this company yet. XXXX XXXX XXXX I sent XXXX my 2nd letter putting them on notice that they are in violation of the FDCPA 1692g ( b ) for failing to answer to my inquiry request of validation on the disputed debt. Under the FDCPA this company is required to answer to my request within 30 business days. I have proof the company recieved my request and I have counted 30 days after they recieved my letter. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX generated me with results and the outcome was again, verified as accurate report # XXXX. *It is not fair to me the consumer to exercise my rights to dispute this unknown collection account directly with the company and the company refuses to answer to my inquiry and most importantly failed to validate the account per request within the 30 business days time frame respectfully given to them. I already requested reinvestigation procedures from Transunion and XXXX and I have not received no information in regards to those request either. In addition, both transunion and experian have both verified as accurate the account and both agencies are reporting different information. Transunion reports the account is due to be removed XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX reports this account is due to be removed XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX reports the date of delinquency used to determine the 7 year removal date XX/XX/XXXX. Thats XXXX different 7 year removal date which is a federal violation of the FCRA 1681c ( c ) running of reporting period. XXXX has not provided me with written results but that is as expected since XXXX never sends written results in which I think XXXX should be held accountable for that because it is a violation of the FCRA 1681i ( a ) ( 6 ) ( A ). I also noticed that on my transunion XXXX and XXXX reports dated the same date XX/XX/XXXX all three agencies reported the original creditor to be XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. Now all 3 of my reports show that the original creditor is XXXX XXXX XXXX in which I have no idea whom the original creditor is. How is it possible for all of a sudden the original creditor name was changed by the company? How could the original creditor be XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX and now a whole different entity that I have never heard of XXXX XXXX XXXX? I looked up the company and it shows that the companys entity type is a Delaware XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX This third party collection company XXXX XXXX XXXX is a unknown entity with a unknown original creditor that I have no knowledge of. Ive disputed directly with this company and the company refuses to answer to my inquiry request and provide validation. Ive disputed with the consumer reporting agencies and I get the same outcome verified as accurate. This is not fair to me and my FCRA and FDCPA rights are being violated.
