I recently pulled a copy of my credit report on-line and found that you are reporting the following inaccurate information in my file that is negatively affecting my credit score. I have sent 10 previous letters to the credit bureau requesting the documentation used to verify the dispute. And remove inaccurate information from my file and have failed to do so.
