Can you please investigate my consumer report and ensure that everything is 100 % correct also can you make sure the open gate date last active and account balance are correct because I know you all are busy, I have a list of the accounts below. I'd like you to please investigate the accounts on my consumer report and delete it if it is not reporting accurately across all three bureaus under the law 15 U.S. code 1681e -compliance procedures section 1681b of this title states. ( b ) ACCURACY OF REPORT Whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure that maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates In furtherance and accordance with state law 15 U.S.C. 1681a ( 5 ) if, any reinvestigation under paragraph ( 1 ) of any information disputed by a consumer, an item is found to be inaccurate or incomplete or can not be verified, the consumer agency shall- ( I ) promptly delete that item of information from the file of the consumer, or modify that item of information, as appropriate, based on the results of the investigation; and ( ii ) promptly notify the furnisher of that information that the information has been modified or deleted from the file of the consumer. ( b ) NOTIFICATIONA consumer reporting agency shall promptly notify the furnisher of information identified by the consumer under subsection ( a ) ( 1 ) that the information may be a result of identity theft ; ( 2 ) that an identity theft report has been filed ; ( 3 ) that a block has been requested under this section; and ( 4 ) of the effective dates of the block. the above listed accounts are make fraudulently on my credit report as i gave no written permission to any data furnishers/financial institutions in accordance with the fair credit reporting act i have a right to my privacy 15 USC 6802 SUB SECTION ( A ) NOTICE OF REQUIREMENTS Except as otherwise provided in this subchapter a financial institution may not directly or through any affiliate disclose to a nonaffiliated third party any nonpublic personal information unless such financial institution provides or has provided to the consumer, a notice that complies with section 6803 of this title.
