On XX/XX/2022 a credit card account XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX was opened fraudulent under my name and the bank as well as the credit report agencies XXXX, Equifax and XXXX are falsely and and innacurately reporting such account as mine. Ive submitted a dispute to the mentioned credit bureaus and the bank under FCRA law with no answer and that false reporting is dammaging my credit report. The XXXX XXXX XXXX, already responded my claim and closed the account without perjudice to my report but the XXXX, XXXX and Equifax are still reporting the alleged account under my name, damaging my report and credit score by reporting an account that IS NOT MINE as the XXXX XXXX already admitted.
