XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. XX/XX/XXXX, I was advised that I needed to take a XXXX private loan. Less than 10 months later, XX/XX/XXXX, I was again told I needed a private loan, this time the amount was XXXX, XXXX. XXXX loan {$10000.00} : Two problems with all of this. # 1. FASFA sent {$11000.00} in the months prior to the XXXX loan, why would I need this private loan? # 2. On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, sent me a copy of my account history. Please note, as XXXX did, a XXXX loan never shows up for XXXX. XXXX XXXX {$31.00}. Several problems. # 1, in the months prior to this loan, FASFA sent {$52000.00} on my behalf. # XXXX on the accounting history document, money was returned to the lender in the amount of {$18000.00} and {$2000.00}, and XXXX. # XXXX. My credit report shows I defaulted on the entire loan. # XXXX. In XXXX, I sent my financial adviser for the college an Email questioning why I even needed any private loan. I am thinking that was when money was sent back. I am being sued, my credit has been ruined as well as the credit of my family, co-signers. I will include emails, XXXX Account history, the XXXX Loan amnts that were forgiven due to XXXX & XXXX ( XXXX XXXX. Copy of credit report. Thank you, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
