I returned a Mercedes XXXX XXXX vehicle in pristine condition. They sent me a letter with a disposition fee ( I agreed to pay ), excess mileage of {$90.00} ( I agreed to pay ) and {$690.00} for tires which I did NOT agree to pay as I did not agree with their assessment. Furthermore, the pictures in the report I uploaded side with me that those tires were in good condition. I leased this car at XXXX miles, which means these tires were already used. They want me to replace the tires for them so they can bang more buck out of this. Then, they proceeded to report the {$1400.00} amount on my credit trying to ruin a XXXX credit score when this is illegal. They can not assess fees without an agreement outside of the contract. Contract allows them to charge disposition fee of {$690.00} + XXXX = {$780.00}. They can not unilaterally put stuff on my credit leaving me with no choice but to pay or ruin my credit when they are breaking the contract.
